Hello there,
Today I received an online shopping parcel COD worth PKR. 4500/- being delivered by one of LCS agents… Few points that make me confused are, My home address is crystal clear for every corrier agent because I do alot of online shoppings, but today was a Sunday, A new agent wearing LCS company uniform come up to my location with another known agent to deliver me this parcel that I don’t want to take but they encourage me to open it and said if there is any issue with the parcel, we will take the parcel back to office and send them back and then they will surely help me to get full refund… It seems like they were closely know what is going to happen…. I paid the money and open it, it was a SCAM ! They told me, don’t worry about it, we will handle it as we are doing this everyday… So, I got no other option and give it back to the agent and he ensure me to follow up the proceeding by himself… Trust me bro!
I want to know,
Why an Off day delivery happened?
Do they investigate and take proper valid documents from shopper before opening their COD account, if not then you’re responsible too?
Does LCS agents involved in this SCAM?
Is there any chance of get my money back?
