I arrived main office Leopard and dispatched a parcel to Faisalabad… Which charges I pay 480 rps…while my parcel weigh only 250 gramz…But parcel didn’t deliver yet… I again visit today office and complain but nobody listen to me and didn’t sort out my issue… The staff demanded again payment and charges to deliver the parcel…I complain online staff member but she didn’t show any response… She didn’t show any interest nor replied me… Then they returned my parcel to me and denied to deliver again without payment which I have already paid.. 🥺🥺
