Assalam-o-alaikum!
i had sent a parcel from manshera to abbottabad yesterday. It needed to be delivered today in the morning. Alhtough instead of charging the ussual price they charged me with Rs 550 and told me that urgent delivery of the parcel has this much fee. But my parcel didn’t get arrived on the location yet. I had called the customer care center of leopard and asked my querry. When i complain them about the service. They just cut the call.
This is very unprofessional and unlawful act.
