I’ve purchased a folding bicycle from Al-Ahsan cycle Shop, Jackson market Karachi against Rs 25500/- including packing and shipping charges on 23rd June 2022. They booked shipment of cycle through Leopard courier service on 24-06-2022 on around 1-2 pm. The receipt of booking booked by the leopard counter operator of 25-06-2022 i.e. 1 day late than its actual receiving time.
On 25-06-2022 I received a system generated message from Leopard courier stating the following:
Dear customer, your shipment under CN 724561032 has been picked and will be delivered within 1-2 working days.

UAN: 111-300-786
To block unsolicited promotional messages, text Reg to 3627
Now its 3-07-2022 ending. The web site tells that my consignment reached Lahore on 30-06-2022. Still not delivered despite several calls, and complaints.
If the company have had using a horse cart, instead of trucks, even than the consignment have reached the destination earlier.
Its the poorest management that develops a culture of lazyness, irresponsivness, cheating the customers and not telling them the truth about their consignment
