Hello there! This is Mahwash Ammar from Sialkot, in one of your Sialkot branches which is situation on capital road, there’s a rider by the name Adnan, sorry to say he is defaming your company name, because he cancels orders whenever he wants and reports to the company that the customer cancelled, he has done this to me abd my daughter, he blocks customers numbers so we can’t contact him and lies that the cancellation is from our end! I’ve gone through so much inconvenience and frustration due to this particular rider, only because once he used to wait for the payment at the gate because I didn’t have the change, ten mins wait Karna para, tab BHI bud tamizi ki thi ISS ne! Your helpline numbers are mostly not active, nobody answers, your riders don’t pick up calls, this is extremely non professional on your part! There’s no other platform where we can lodge complaint against a rider if he lying or misbehaving!
I hope you will take into account this complaint and satisfy a customer, this rider needs to be punished, and I should be reported by you as to what measures you have taken in this regard !!!
