Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to complain about the poor and unsatisfactory services by LCS. Today, I received a call from 0322-8989601 about a parcel (Khursheed Fans) from LCS but when I opened the parcel the ceiling fan was broken due to improper handling during shipment. The staff involved in the shipment used to throw the parcel and due to this the parcels often get damaged. Now my parcel is damaged and the whole responsibility lies on the LCS.
Therefore, I request you kindly return the parcel and return me the cash.

    6 packets are entered No.383123076,383123097,383123098,383123099,38127525 and 38127526 in our bill which are not sent by us. Please ckeck and send

    Aslam Alaikum, I am Tariq Mehmood, an employee of Leopard Courier Service in District Barkhan. Few days ago I made a complaint but till now neither I received any response nor any action was taken. The manager stopped our salary. Hoi Hai says that salaries will not be paid until you resign. So I thought it better to inform the head office.Guljan and I have been employed by Leopard Courier Service for the past 14 years and have never given the company a chance to complain. At first, business was going well, but the manager has stopped online shopping and incoming mails. from other cities for a long time. Earlier, the health department and other departments used to fill up the docks, which was generating a good income for the company.In short, the manager has kept us very tight, maybe he doesn’t know that there are some laws of labours, even if he had been employed for 3 years, he would have lost this case. They are married, they have , children. So who is responsible now? Now we will have to file a case. So I thought it better to inform the company first.
