I demand an immediate resolution to this issue. I expect a full refund of my payment and a prepaid return label to send back this fraudulent product at your expense.
Your negligence in ensuring authentic merchandise has not only cost me financially but has severely damaged my trust in your brand. I will be sharing my experience with others to caution them against making any purchases from your store.
