Dear, I ordered 5 women clothes to magento vista but they sent 2 men used coats. Their number is wrong. Its strange that your customer service person did not bother to see the item and printed wrong things on the parcel. When ever we send anything, the concerned person open to see it. It ,means your concerned person is bribed by the online shop. If this practice continue the good fame of your company will be at stake. I visited your head office Bahawalpur, and the person demanded 500 to send the parcel back. The date is 25/7/22 and the number is 772664239739. I have to pay 1700. Please take immediate action and compensate me and in future banned such brands.
