I want to drawn attention of head of NATURE WATER, their association & Karachi Chamber of Commerce, FPCCI & Governor of Sind what reason today (Feb 1, 2018) did not supply water ( till 9 PM) to us as we are your customers our ref No. A/c 15087 buying 12 bottle in a month.
I am not complaining NATURE WATER Karachi for the first time but several complain lodge but their dead – dump and blind management not shown any interest or heed to my previous complain that reason today company did not give water supply?
We often facing odd times of delivery some facts
1. Many time water delivery before 1 NOON
2. Many time water deliver after 1 NOON – 4 PM ( break time of rest )
3. Many time in evening hours after 5 PM
4. Seldom delivery at night
I must ask a question if you delivery water to the follow organization that same policy apply:
a. SUIT KARACHI
b. Commercial bank in Karachi
Ever you delivery water before 7 AM or after 7 PM to these above organization than why not adopt the accurate timing and force us to stay and keep awaiting which is your company policy or delivery staff wish?
Sorry we did not received water supply this is whose fault or careless, does your management powerful to question with your delivery man what reason it happened, please avoid for un necessary regret?
I am sending this complain letter to many and hope any one from customers will awake and realized what happening to other customers and force him to switch other mineral water supplier as your stomach is FULLED.
Does you supply water to us FREE OF COST? THAN why you missed our delivery supply date any special reason? What action taken against your black sheep is your decision but keep us awaiting and do not delivery water is not acceptable in Islam ?
