Master Debit Card
This is with reference to subject noted above and it is stated that undersigned is a Customer of HBL. My HBL Debit Card got expired accordingly. I applied for it renewal and received Master Debit Card was issued to me. However, my mobile No.0300-9725402 has been typed wrong which is leading to non-activation of Debit Card. I have approached many times to concerned HBL “A” Block Secretariat. But no positive response has so far been received from your side. This has created serious problems for me owing to withdrawal of cash.
It is, therefore, requested that the concerned authority may be directed to solve the said problems at the earliest.
