pls help me regarding the below matter. I am fed up with the system as the powerful builder Mateen Complex is not responding to my calls, he blocked my number and he is not available at the Mateen Complex Site, he handed over the project to Zameen.com and they are selling apartments and nobody is helping me, where I lodge complaint to this fraud builder, this is my total life cost as I am working in private organization I purchased flat on 1998 and I paid all instalment till 2015 as project delayed by builder and not completed till 2023, I was paid them start amount 3000 when my salary was 4000/month. Now he handed over project to Zameen.com and now Zameen.com is selling apartment with this fraud builder. How can he can cancel my apartment without notification and he is selling my apartment?

I am waiting for your cooperative response to help a poor Pakistani, I have no source in any department to pressure them to release my apartment.
