My name is Mohsin , Cnic: 1310139876471
I am using Lite card service and sick of your services in “” Jhangi branch Abbottabad (branch Code: 1370)”
I am visiting there from over last 4 months and I am facing such unprofessional service there. Every time I visit there they ask me to visit another branch for loading my money into my lite card.
I meet with guy “Ahmed Ali Khan Jadoon ” Branch operations Manager of jhangi branch and he just took one second and redirected to other branch and told me there is not enough money in his account and this is not just one time.
I am my Self a WebDeveloper and I can put bad reviews of your Bank every where online because I think you guys even do not care about it.
I called MCB Customer support and it was also outdated, Customer representative registered my complaint and told me this branch may not have this service but later i checked online on below link and found out this branch is litized.

I made complaint and My complaint no is 16122104363 , and I want to make sure I should be able to upload my funds from this branch ASAP and take action against your lazy and unprofessional workers.
