Assalam O Alaikum,
Dearest sir,
I was opened an account No. 0741322901003983 on the name of our company M/S Gunj Bakhsh Roller flour mills pvt ltd. in MCB bank branch No. 0770 MA jinnah road Okara.
the manager of this branch Waheed sahib, RM Imran sahib and Hafiz sahib (officer of Adamjee insurance) were called me on dated 13-12-2014 and they said me one by one again and again about Adamjee insurance policy and also gave/said me avarice/rapacity words even take try again and again but i never pressed and agreed with them for that policy etc….
After the meeting i said to them apparently and clearly that i never interested in that Adamjee insurance policy etc.
But all of sudden when i got statment of my account in 17-01-2015 when i saw that they had withdrawn an amount of Rs: 100,000. one lac rupees on dated 26-12-2014 from my account without my cheque and permission…
Dear sir, why ???? why thy act that with me and my account….. How mutch ???
When i asked to them about that… and i also said to him what is this and how this matter then they told me that you pay us as in adamjee insurance five lac rupees by five installments one lac rupees per annum so we/adamjee insurance will pay you ten Lac rupees after five years then i say no never… You payback/adjust my amount in my account so they committed to me to payback and adjust my amount in my account but they failed till now and tell a lie/cheat to me every time and ever… till now…
Sir, i also have gone to to the higher authorities officers of MCB and Adamjee insurance and said about that all matter they also committed to me to payback and adjust my amount in my account but they all do nothing and not solve my issue and problem…
Please sir help me and kindly solve my problem to payback and adjust my amount in my account plzzz… Kind on me.
