Sir, It is brought to your kind notice, my credit card was dispatched by MCB authorities on my residential address through TCS on tracking No. 30367073783, which is not delivered on my address, I. contacted on TCS help line on 06.02.2023, help line issue me ticket no.6273756 with direction credit card will be delivered on next day i.e 07.03.023 but credit card not delivered to my at home address which is return to back MCB.
It is requested to investigate matters why not deliver credit card to me on my address and why issue ticket no. TCS failed to deliver my credit card. Action is required on my complaint.
