It is stated that today at 1520 pst, i submit the electric bill of rupees 10617 in mcb branch of G.11 markaz Islamabad. The cashier of that branch didn’t return the 3 rupees of coins. This has become a normal routine of bank employees that they don’t return the coins and always tell that they don’t have the rupee coins. If a bank doesn’t have coins then where should we go for the change. This gives the bad name for the bank. Kindly take notice of this issue. Thanks
