Hi there,
My name is Junaid Kibria and I’m from Lahore Pakistan. I have been trying to contact MCB customer service from last 2 hours, but unable to contact you guys. Whenever I call a voice machine said “PRESS 1 FOR ENGLISH” I tried many times, but it didn’t connect me further. I have some problems with my internet banking system. It seems my account has been locked.
Moreover, 3 days ago I went to my branch and deposit 57000 in my two accounts. I asked representative to deposit my money in both account 35 in one and 22 in another account. The representative give me 2 slips for my two different accounts, but he deposited 57000 in one account. This is unethical and unprofessional. Really poor customer service.
My account numbers are: 1001108 and 1001728. Both accounts are in Lahore Railway road Branch.
