My name is Muhammad Islam , Iused AYM of MCB bank for transaction on 25/11/10. the Total amount withdraw was Rs 40,000/- in two consequtive attemps of 20,000/- each. i have receieved only 20,000/- rs for the rest the messAGE DISPLAYED on the machine was , Sprry for delayed respoonse take your card. I did receive only 20,000/-. howerver the balance shown that 40,000/- ave dedutued from my account. i register the process throufghmy bank Bank of Punjab. Howerver, the MCB is not responding responsively. in this regard kindly guide me the furthur procedure if any to claim my money back.the necceary detail is given below: the transaction ID is : 6154588880 ATM ID : 16331410 dated: 25/11/16 time 09:15:27
