On 01-11-2019, at 10: 36 AM , Bank staff refused to accept utility bill and advised to deposit any where, which not only my precious time was wasted but also was cause of mental torture for me standing in Que aimlessly . It is also negligence on the part of bank staff and violation of State Bank of Pakistan instructions on the subject. Their explanation may please be called for so that in future no one can suffer on this account. Regards
