I am trying to activate my card, the support is the worst they kept me on hold for so long, then a support agent received my call after a decade, she asked me for all the details and then again kept me on hold, and after all the wait she said i cannot activate your card as my system is not working, so please call again. i mean this is utter humiliation for the bank.
I highly recommend never ever use MCB Bank or have account with them, they have the worst support ever.
This is the worst nightmare of a customer to get a crappy support.
