I live in Muridke. In muridke there is branch of MCB bank. It is last of sui gas bill submission and due to which there is long que waiting for the submission of thier bills. It was 12.25 Pm and 35 minutes were left in Break. The staff that was dealing will the bill left the counter and told the People that he has to insert money in ATM so please come after the break time. I protested against this behavoiur of the bank.But they said to me that if you have an issue, go to another bank. We will submit after break. I want to ask you what is this? This is the behaviour to deal with your customers? If the strict action will not taken against this happenings, we people of muridke will start bycotting the MCB bank. The date of incident is 21-09-2016. The Time of Incident is 12.25.I hope you will fix this issue, otherwise we will have only option to quit the MCB forever.
