Basically i am student and my brother send cash through hello pasie in MCB bank.

Sir the remmittence desk holder refuse to me for payment untill i opened a/c in bank. Than i open a/c in this branch.
My a/c title: Ali hassan
A/c no. : 1007860
Employee name tamuoor he used bad words on me and also refuse for payment even i visit bank 7 times a day.
He is also threating to me if i can not deposit whole cash in a/c he block my account.
Sir plz take a prompt action and also inform to me about action.
