Since few weeks when benazir income support have issue the installment of beneficiaries, the ATM of MCB Branch Naushahro Feroze is mostly remian dysfunctional. branch staff open on specific time and using through security Guards or other agents who withdraw the amount of beneficiaries and deduct 500 to 1000 PKR from each beneficiary and doing currption while on other hand the acound holders of MCB Bank are facing critical issue to withdraw amount from ATM. since one week we are trying to get our own amount from bank but ATM remains close. Bank manager said that the machine is out of order.
it was also observed since two years that the screen of ATM is remains dysfunctional and hardly touch system works.
Kinldy take necessary action against branch staff who attitude towards costomers is also not good.
