Hi,
Following track # 30367046813 of my MCB debit card delivery has not been attempted and no one called me, if your delivery team has any issue for the address.
I just called your customer service and their response is that shipment was attempted but now it is in returning process. I don’t understand your service as I highlighted above, no one contacted with me.
This is really disturbing and will get delays in deliveries if this kind of behaviour is taking place and your customer centricity will be impacted and customers may choose another available options for the shipment.
