Respected Sir/Mam,
Hope you are fine at your smooth end.
Being a top bank, My husband and I believed in Meezan Bank for saving account. He is in IRAQ. He always used to do his monthly internet package there from ATHEER INTERNET in Iraq. I have all the previous records. The amount deducted was 4100 PKR or 4200 PKR which is 18000 IQD including tax. This time 186,300 PKR was deducted from my account against 18000 IQD. Please help me in this regard and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
I have called HELPLINE many times but they did not forward my complaint and said the amount is deducted just email your issue. There is no co-operation from their side. I have visited the branch too, they have forwarded my complaint to HEADOFFICE.
