Subject:- Complaint against Non Professional Act of SDO Mr. Habib ul Allah Khan Sub-Division
Khanqah Sharif, Bahawalpur Division.
Dear Sir,
I write to inform you that we have Two Agri Tube well connections bearing reference numbers 2915 4421012106
and 2915 4421024520 with name of Allah Divia at Sub Division Khanqah Sharif. We have paid the bills always in
time instead of over billing in last years.
We have not received the tube bill bearing reference No. 2915 4421012106 for the month of Feb 2018. Later on
we have got print through net and pay the same dated 06.04.2018 with fine due to irresponsible attitude of Mepco
staff. I have requested the SDO to open the SIM of Meter, so we could run the tube well but SDO has not given
any response if asked him to wait outside the office, sahib is busy. On Monday dated 06.04.2018, i again visit the
SDO office and present the bill again to open my Tube well meter. SDO has become rashed and asked the staff
to put him in the bath room and close the door outside. Same has been done in his presence while SDO
remained continuous in abusing me.After around half an hour i have got been released from the bath room.
You are requested to please investigate why such Non Professional Act has been done.You can see the same if
CCTV record if available in SDO room.
Please look into the matter personally and take strict disciplinary action as per policy of the MEPCO.
