i was serving in metro since 2015 to sep 2017 as a cashier employee id was 54005830 now i left this job due to some of the misbehaving persons of management at checkout department they did not give the right of employee like overtime,leaves they takes more work from employes instead of shift time they degrade employes and talk harshly most of the cashiers left their jobs due to these reasons please make an sop like esp means employe satisfaction pulse why most of the employes of checkout department lefts their jobs instead of other departments kindly check it other wise i will send mail on international level
