Respected sir,
its my request to change the security of metro model town, as they are really rude instead of guiding the customers if they do silly mistake they wait for the moment until the customer pay the bill and then they stop them at the gate and insult them especially your female security staff.I cant understand that when they have monitors why dont they stop them at that moment but instead the officers wait and insult the customers and fined them heavily.i am sure that they do this on purpose.
