hi,
My name is Muhammad Usman and i am from Shad bagh lahore. I am trying too open my ac at branch near tajpurah/misrishah shadbagh branch. First day i go to bant at 3.30pm and request to your staff to open my ac and Mr Fizan is got my case and he take signatures on fourms as bank required after that he say all writen process is complete and just biomateric is left now time is 4.00pm and after 4 pm mezan bank biomateric syestem fail and not open and accept biomateric if you come at 3 pm today your all process will be completed on the spot so please you come tomorrow we need just 5 min to complete process i said ok and i go next day near 3 pm i think 3.10pm but Mr Fizan is not in bank i am waiting too much time in bank and request too other staff for procced my biomateric but any one said it’s not possible only Mr Fizan can doo this for you i take Mr Fizan number and call and sms too many times but he is not receive my call and no text reply at last i go back home 3rd day i go to bank again at 2.00 pm same situation Mr Fizan is not in bank i am trying to contact but no reply and all other staff same answer after wait i come back home 4rth day 14 april i go too bank at 3.45 pm due too Juma Mubarik i see Mr Fizan in bank i said to Mr Fizan i think you don’t need clients i don’t have much time for come bank i am in it filed so please you open my ac he said i am trying now or take your case to any other person he said some one please process biomateric i am busy now i don’t know his name may be khuram he is given my forum too related person who done biomateric but the person is answer very rudely what this time and also the person he take my case said sir you come at 9 am for biomateric i said its not possible i am not available at least 2 pm he said its you follow the rules if you want to open ac otherwise leave its a panic stiuation for me because i said first day to Mr Fizan i am a freelancer so i work in night and wake up at 2 pm so i will be come after that and hee said come as soon as possible and 2 days i am trying but Mr Fizan not in bank after 2 pm and came back after 4 pm may be. So I said to this person i am not able to come 9 am he said ok i talk with you very politely but if you don’t hear me we don’t open your ac your documents he is miss behave with me. I feeling very insulting and i said you don’t need clients waste my documents and he waste on the spot no apologies and i also waste my documents and come back home. Can you please tell me is this is your banking and behavior of dealing for your clients you use.
