Misleading of information by jazz company Islamabad
Sir i have activated a package on jazz prepaid number through HBL APP where charges are shown of Rs 1400 but after load no package activated. When i call helpline they said that package charges are Rs 1460. We had not updated on HBL App. This is totally fraud and they wasted my Rs 1400 rupees.
