I got a prepaid jazz connection on 30th july by depositing 2500 (1500 as security and 1000 for special number.. After two days first bill generted… Paid it but next month before due date they closed my outgoings due to excess of 90 rupees to my secut to security limit of 1500 though i used just 20 percent of my package of gold plus.. All remaining 80% of my data wasted as i could not pay and claim from my office before full bill generated on 2nd of next month. On 2nd september again went to jazz office and deposited 1500 as bill and 1500 as more security with request to change my package to jazz ultimate.. Due to system failure one receipt of bill generated but one of 1500 for more security deposit as blank receipt.. Cashier in main office multan mr usman zia said dont worry and he will update it later.. On 7th september called him reminded him about 1500 receipt. Which he deposited and send me receipt but again self with drawn it.. I complained online but of no benefit. Paid bill of 1794 on 2 october . and just used 13 % of my tarrif .. And now again today they closed my outgoing. I called there helpline but with no help
