Staff of Jazz franchise situated near Jalal Abad Chowk mansehra is un- co-operative, harsh and un professional, particularly Mr. Zubair (Showing himself a manager).

Detail is that after the closing of 789 service for the SIMs Activation, this franchise issued us a biometric device on Nov 2016 after again & again requests. They have declared our old SIMs stock as expired and then gave us a loss of at least 7000. (Seven Thousand Rupees).

We requested them to change our old Sims but they are throwing all burdens on our shoulder showing great misbehavior.

Please take some serious steps in this regard in our favor.
