I submitted my request to upgrade my JazzCash account several days ago, but unfortunately, there has been no response or action from your side. My account is still not upgraded, and this delay is affecting my ability to use full account features.

I have tried the following steps without success:

Applied for account upgrade via the JazzCash mobile app

Called customer service (4444) multiple times

Ensured that all my documents and details are correct

Despite all efforts, my account status remains unchanged. Please take urgent action on this matter. I am disappointed by the lack of response and delays in such an important financial service.

I request that my account be upgraded as soon as possible.
