Hye sir

I am not satisfy to your Jazz Cash menu.i submit my application on 28-jan-17 for Level 2. but i have not received any confermation about this process.when i call help line 4444 he tell me the process complete after 2 hours but process is uncomplete till this time.8 days ago i submit my request. i am not satisfy to jazz help line 4444 customer care call centre. they missguide me.please approve my Level 2 application and send me sms for verification.
