Respected SIr/Madam,
Subject: Billing issue against Number: 0336-8499990
recently i started using postpaid package J300 from 2-12-2016. Further more i subscribed monthly sms package of Rs.150+tax. In this regard my total will should not exceed Rs.650. Even the package offers are remaining i have free minutes, sms, data bundle also. current status of bill is above Rs.1000 which is not correct. From friday my complaint is registered through 111 and again i reminded on saturday and again on Monday and now again on Tuesday(Today). u can check the record. Please it’s a humble request to solve my issue.
