Hi i would like to inform to New( Ceo Mr Aamir ), the collection department person named Irfan supervisor extremely rude and acting like a head of Mobilink or ISI Head or director NAB Officer well he called me from his manager no and he threatened me to pay the bill immediately otherwise I’ll block your other Warid which I am using since long time regular paying the bills due of other Mobilink no is on my.mother name actually both numbers on her name I use the Warid no other one also I’m use only delayed the bill payment which I have committed I’ll pay off end of this month well I told him I don’t want to talk you and then he starts misbehaved with me like he is doing recovery of millions i told him i will talk with some other person not you then his manager( Mr Irfan asst manager ), take over the phone and he deal with me very nicely apologized with me on behalf of his staff bad behavior then i become calm and I have committed with him I will pay the dues end of this month for sure but the guy Irfan to whom i have spoke to me he took this personal and blocked my Warid no just Tp tease me and show his power he has blocked my this no but I have managed to open again and I have called his manager he didn’t pick the calls then I have send SMS to him this note ( trust me dear this complaint would go to Ceo and MD Mobilink surely the guy is black mailing me now and I will surely let your CEO would take the action against him in shall ah I just wanted to informed you because I have spoke To you and you have deal very nicely with me and I have committed you as well it will be paid by this month but this guy irfan has done mistake I am not going leave this issue now inshallah regards ) well I just want MR Aamir should take action against him today its been long while as i am platinum customer I really never have experience this in Mobilink Telecom in my history so kindly do take this guy Terminated on immediate effects as I am going to send the legal notice to Mobilink as well for the blackmailed me and cut of my other no which has Awesome billing history never have any issues with warid staff or Mobilink staff like this how he showed me his power of simple TL of collection department well I want to requested Mr Aamir Ibrahim to take an action on this guy hope someone would inform me or deal me regarding this issue thanks
