Dear Sir,
I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company on July 9, 2018.
One of your Customer Representative Named as Mr. Abid called me at 11:17AM, 9th July 2018. The Calling Number Was 047-7623814. The Behavior of Mr. Abid was so aggressive. He really have no idea how to speak with customers. I am surprised that Mobilink hire such a pathetic staff for customer services. As Mobilink is one of the best reputed companies in Pakistan so i never expect such behavior from Mobilink.
I would like to tell that due to my busy routine I was unable to pay my mobilink bill against number 0300-8661958. Mr. Abid called me to give a reminder about my nonpayment of bill but his behavior was unbearable.
This is not the first time this man go out of the way and did such non sense, about 1.5 years ago I received same type of call from the same person with same attitude. And at that time I also gave an application against that man Mr. Abid but unable to get any response from your side.
It’s totally unethical that such a big company gave no importance to his Customers. You must realize that your customers must be everything for your company.
I trust this is not the way That Mobilink wishes to conduct business with valued customers. I have been with you since last 4-5 Years and have encountered such treatment twice in last 2 years. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring.
Hope so this time I will get a better response from Mobilink other than that I have to go to Consumer Court to file a petition Against Mobilink. I look forward to hearing from you.
