Assalamualaikum! My name is Sanan Ahmed Malik and I’m a student of B.S mechanical technology from Nazeer Hussain University Karachi. I started working for Mondelez Pakistan in 2020 . I was a employee under the contract of HRSG outsourcing. Things were going so well and I was learning my way to the top . When I started my University, I appealed for the general A shift to the HRSG outsourcing contractor Mr Kifayat ur Rehman . But as every employee know his behavior is very cold towards the employees of our company he didn’t allowed me to start my studies . So , I decided to leave the company in unwantingly until some good people helped me out and stoped me from leaving the organization. As the time passes I completed my 1st Semester successfully and when my 2nd semester was about to start . Mr Kifayat ur Rehman started hiring girls and I was forcefully asked to leave the general shift and sent to the Night shifts which I can’t even afford according to my University time table and schedule. Everything is now looking destroyed and I’m in real sorrow and I’ve approached every person there who can help me out . Even our production incharge and Line leaders have allowed me to continue the A shift but Mr Kifayat ur Rehman has just started personal issues with me and even threatening me to kick me out of the organization if I reach for help or anything. He and his supervisors Mr Abdul Qayyum and Mr Ammir Lal have been so cold and mad at me and are sending me back to home for almost 4 days now . I’m not even allowed to go inside and talk to my seniors about the matter . Their is racism, hate , employee in-powerment and like dislike culture starting to develop in our company since Mr Kifayat ur Rehman has came in power . Please 🙏 I ask for the kindness and help . Please give me my job back as I’m the only supporter of my family after my dad and I have no option left to pay my study fees .
