Dear Sir,
I would like to draw your attention towards the following fact.
I was retired from General Tyr & Rubber Co. Ltd on January 01. 2007 in the age of 58 years, I did not ask for early retirement but it was due to company policy for all employees.
EOBI has been paying me reduced pension since then saying that you were retired in the age of 58, therefore, you are eligible for reduced pension only.
Sir, I have been paid reduced pension amount that is about Rs.4500/-and even below than minimum pension that is Rs.5,250/- though I had worked almost 35 years (23 years in General Tyre and 12 years in Dawood Cotton Mills)
You are, sir, requested to approve adjustment in my monthly pension taking into consideration inflationary effects in the country.
