Mr.Muhammad Saleem, PTCL employee came to my home on 6.9.17 to fix broadband complaint, after fixing, he told my wife to add him as a Facebook friend as she already got her No from PTCL office Peshawar and send her friend’s request which my wife did not accept. Today on 7.9.17 again he contacted her and asked for the same. This is totally un-ethical and against PTCL rules and regulations as we have complete trust in PTCL being its customer.
