AOA : Sir , The PTCL fecilitation located in the corner of ITWAR BAAZAR: Hayatabad , which is near to my house: I receipt of the NOTICE vide +995 dated 15 Sept 2016(13:26:12) directing to pay the bill for RS:5210: Which incorrect as i have already paid RS 2960 on 8-9-16( At J-5 : Post Office in cash: at Hayatabad): I therefore contacted 1236(PASHTO Cell) for advice: They informed me to to the above stated shop , they will issue you the correct bill and the i shall pay the bill: On reaching the Office at 0847 Hrs a discourteous CHOWKIDAR/GUARD told me that there are 30 Mins and then i shall come: I sat down outside on foot path and at 0908 Hrs i again got up entered the Office but to my utmost surprise , Mr Riaz told me that PRINTER IS OUT OF ORDER and therefore i shall go to some other office for the needful: I am sure that they have intentionally damaged the printer/Computer: The main door glasses are broken : The GUADS are there then who did all these damages etc: Even the A/C and other items are also in bad shape: I felt that they have either sold/changed all these items etc: Highly discouteous people: To damage the PTCL properties is criminal : That is our money(TAX PAYERS): I am a VETERAN-Disabled due to 1971 War/POW : having no son or others to help: THIS VERY SERIOUS COMPLAINT being submitted by a SENIOR CITIZEN: They told that this OFFICE IS being converted in to U-FONE Office and for sure they are looting all the precious itmes of PTCL: and there is no one to check and ask them: Mr Riaz has given in writing that PRINTER IS OUT OF ORDER where is there was no printer but i could see only a SKELTON: REGARDS Major Mian Muzaffar Gul(Veteran-Disabled): Mob 0332 926 7197
