We M/s. Majeed & Sons Steels (Pvt) Ltd have Gas consumer number 8590831000 Tariff:Industrial at F-282 SITE Karachi. We wish to inform you & also complain that we regularly once in a 15 days faces Low Gas Pressure at our premises for which we registered our complain & against your complain your teams visit & rectify the problem & try to solve problem but it does not 100% solve.
Due to this continuous problem we suffer heavy production losses . We request you to please depute your team who should diagnose real problem & solve it as in our neighbor industry Gas pressure coming normally but we always have complain of Low Gas Pressure.
We hope that our grievances will be heard seriously and our problem/Complain will be solved permanently.
