Two cards issued to me, and i want to get canceled the second one
That a nadra card was issued to me with correct specification as name of the person, shams Malik, date of birth 24/12/1940 cnic No. 61101-9560376-5. The card was lost and the applicant applied for the fresh card and the same was issued to the applicant with completely changed specifications as name Shams Jamal Malik, date of birth as 24/12/1950, cnic No. 35202-2813065-9. The applicant received the firs lost card as it was posted to applicant. the applicant applied for cancellation of the second card which is still in operation and both the cards of the applicant are active at the moment due to which the applicant is facing problems. it is therefore requested to please cancel the second card which has wrong entries.
