Basically its not a complain but I have something to ask. Rhe matter is that I am below 18 (16 years old) and a student of O-levels. In order to appear in CIE Examinations I have to acquire Smart Card for students (Juvenile Card). I have all the documents available but the thing is that my mother’s NIC is f marked. So can anyone please tell me that whether I can have the Juvenile card without my mother’s card. Except my morhers NIC I have every document.
