asslam o alikum my name is abdullah arshad . i have made new identity card online. i have paid maximum fee of 2600 to get the id card as soom as possible. i have recived a call from tcs officials on 29 feb that your shipment is recieved at nankana sahib tcs office and i could not recieve my parcel yet. he is not attending my call also and my shipment location is currently shekhupura. yesterday he attends my call and he behaved very rude with me. sir please help me to get my parcel as soon as possbile.
