I applied for purchased of washing machine on installments dated 08-10-2022 for which i gave every single document required. 1st gurantor was Govt employee BPS-19 and 2nd gurantor also Govt employee BPS-15. They also verified my address, properties, business, gurantors, etc and found all in order.
On 11-10-2022, i recieved call for collection of washing machine, but even all verifications staff again started inessential questioning, misbehaved and even rejected my application without any valid reason. I asked them repeatedly to give me in writing with reason but all in vain.
I demand immediate remedy of this grievance.
