Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Mirza Abdul Aleem Baig, CNIC 41303-7109535-1, would like to file a complaint against NADRA office situated at Latifababd, Unit No. 6 Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan, and want to inform you, my father Mirza Waseem Baig, applied for Family Registration Certificate (FRC) at Latifabad NADRA branch that I urgently required herein P.R. China. FRC was issued on 25/11/2019 (Document Number: EA74993677), in the mentioned document my brother’s name was incorrect and typed as “Miraz Rabeet Ullah Khan”. To correct this mistake, my father again visited the NADRA branch on 03/12/2019 and applied for correct document, where he had to pay FRC fee for a second time! However, the FRC (Document Number: EA73227711) was issued. When he checked the FRC at home, this time my sister’s name was typed wrong “Hifa Mughal” in second document. [Both documents are attached herewith].
Respected Sir/Madam, it is proclaim that NADRA is one of the best institution in Pakistan and helping other countries to build such system in their respective countries through capacity-building and development support. According to NADRA official website “In-depth Research and Development efforts have enabled NADRA to become the trailblazer in the areas of Software Integration, Data Warehousing and Network Infrastructure.” Sir/Madam, I am wondering, if NADRA software is integrated and family data is protected in centralized data network, how such mistakes can occur again and again at facility level? Is it typing error or electronic fraud/corruption? Because, each time applicants have to pay fee for mistakes done by NADRA officials!
I am optimistic, the executives will have a deep consideration on my appeal and try to resolve the electronic frauds/corruption issues with the citizens of Pakistan happening at NADRA offices!

Sincerely,

Mirza A.A. Baig
