I booked ride through creem from Patiala House lahore to Faisal Movers Lahore on 01:04 Pm Sunday 06.01.2019 but the captain did not arrive and He cancelled the ride.But I have been charged amount/fare Rs.84 against the rules & regulations whereas it is on record that I was forced to take another ride at 01:23 Pm for Rs.114 in which I was charged fare including the previous cancelled fare.
2. I booked a ride on Tuesday 09.01.2019 at 06: 58 Pm from Old Campus to National Tower Lahore but captain did not arrive and he cancelled.But wrongly I was charged Rs.83 which is against the law,facts and regulations, thus liable to be returned, be returned/refunded please.
