The parcel was sent by Naveed and Sons on 18-03-2020 it arrived to Murree on 19-03-2020 as per your company’s records but ni contact was made to me. Your delivery boy is claiming here that the address is not right whereas no telephonic contact was made to me and your tracking record is showing that the parcel has been refused to collect. The parcel had been sent back on 20-3-2020. i.e within a day. This is so unethical and unprofessional. I have faced a great deal of loss due to this. Additionally after this the long weekend was attached with 23rd March holiday and then the lock down begin. Kindly send me the parcel ASAP.
