We like to inform you that we placed an order for 4 shoes worth Rs.3,397.00 and paid it from my bank debit card but could have received only one baby shoe worth Rs.500 while later we got one invoice for remaining 3 shoes worth Rs.2,898 and a dummy Tracking number which had no shipping information.
We regret to say that we are still chasing our parcel to receive but unfortunately no dispatch/no delivery details provided to date except the invoice received by email.
It is very unfortunate that i have been experiencing this issue unresolved yet even trying to reach you many times via email at [email protected] and sending to whatsapp at 0301-1192898 to get updates on my parcel if already dispatched but no outcome except got one email reply sending me with a Ticket Number: 1661534069351 Ticket Title: Fwd: Ndure Invoice Status: New as of 26-Aug-2022 and later no feedback to date.
However we like to request you kindly do the needful to double check with you team and Plz update us where our parcel is. Why are you not answering us? When are you arranging to dispatch it? When could we receive it? Why are you taking it so long to dispatch?
If you are still unable to deliver my remaining invoice parcel, would request you to refund my money into my account back.
We are really disappointed with your service this time.
