I’ve placed my order on 14 April and I still have not received it I want to wear those shoes on Eid and Ndure is working hard to ruin my Eid no one is receiving calls on customer service I’ve been trying since two days ruthless customer service I’ve also sent several emails

Subject Delivery parcel not received
I have placed my order dated 31th Dec 23
Total order in 3 items but currently only 2 received insent of 3 today 16 day past but parcel not received yet
